PJOES Publication Policy Overview

Manuscripts are selected for publication by the Section Editors and the Editor-in-Chief based on their innovative and original scientific content. The final decision on acceptance rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief.

Referees are selected from the Advisory Board and/or qualified Polish and international scientists.

Open Access and Fees
PJOES operates under a Gold Open Access model. Accepted manuscripts are published following the payment of a publication fee (as specified in the Instructions for Authors).
All published content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial-NoDerivs 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This license permits unrestricted access and redistribution, allowing re-use in new works (with attribution) but prohibiting commercial use or the creation of derivatives.

Manuscript Re-routing Policy
The journal does not re-route manuscripts to alternative journals. This policy is maintained regardless of any prior notice of re-use rights included in the submission or after a rejection decision is issued.
