Publication Fees

 
  • No submissions fee are required
  • The price of publishing in “Polish Journal of Environmental Studies” is 37 EURO + 0% VAT and 150 PLN + 8% VAT per one page of manuscript for foreign and Polish Authors, respectively. Each Figure and each Table is considered as one page of manuscript. The fee for each Figure in colour is 74 EURO. The price includes high quality PDF of article, which will be send to corresponding Author.
  • Waiver PolicyAs an independent publication without external institutional subsidies, PJOES does not grant waivers or discounts. * All authors are required to pay the full APC upon acceptance of their manuscript. Please ensure funding is secured (through your institution or research grant) before submitting your work. Fees are invoiced only after a successful peer-review process and official acceptance. Payment is required to proceed with publication.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts only when they are fully committed to proceeding with publication upon acceptance.
  • If authors request withdrawal of a manuscript after acceptance, including during production stages (e.g., typesetting, proofreading, or publication preparation), the APC will not be refunded.
  • The journals reserve the right to withdraw a manuscript at any stage of the publication process, including after acceptance, if a breach of ethical standards or journal policies is identified. Such breaches include, but are not limited to:
    • Plagiarism
    • Data fabrication or falsification
    • Duplicate submission or redundant publication
    • Improper authorship or undisclosed conflicts of interest
In all such cases, any APC paid will not be refunded.

Ethical Compliance

All authors are required to adhere strictly to the journals’ ethical policies and internationally recognized standards, including COPE guidelines. Failure to comply may result in withdrawal of the manuscript and additional actions as deemed appropriate by the Editorial Office.

By submitting a manuscript to PJOES or PJOESPEAI, authors acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this APC and withdrawal policy.
